Trajectory benefits
Results-oriented Trajectories are carefully crafted to bring about the determined result at the end, whereas single sessions are more ‘open’ and leave it up to the client to think out the steps to heal an issue;
Cost-efficient Investing in single sessions (at separate healers or not) without going all-in and leaving the thinking up to someone else who has been there before and overcome your issue, is more expensive, time-consuming and less effective than hiring someone with experience to pull you out of your predicament;
Plenty of time De-freezing emotionally, taking away resistance, trusting, going deeper and letting go takes time;
Healing through close relationship The intense and frequent contact between healer and client that trajectories offer, is healing in and of itself;
Speed When there is a complex pressing problem or a clear goal that needs healing to be attained, a 3+ week gap in-between can be too long and also makes issues unnecessarily resurface;
Thorough Trajectories are composed of 5 sessions, in order to tackle the issue from all angles. This is because, from my own experience and from working with clients, the following 5 (of course overlapping) themes hold relevance for each challenge:
1. Relational matters (family, (ex) partners and friends, bosses, colleagues etc.);
2. Trauma’s/ smaller ‘breaking points’ in life;
3. (Extreme) emotional resistance to (ironically) doing the right thing for oneself to actually get out of the issue;
4. Self-leadership issues in that particular area (e.g., lack of clarity as to how healing of the issue actually looks like, lack of direction caused by the issue, a fearful, sad or angry part blocking maturation, poor self-management, no clear vision for the future);
5. Lack of self-love, -worth and -respect leading to self-sabotage.
